01Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then drop back to the free audit. No fees, no calls.
02How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at roughly 20% off the monthly rate, shown as the per-month equivalent on each card. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
03What counts as a domain?
One registered root like example.com, including its pages and common subdomains such as www. A separate site like example.org counts as its own domain. Free covers 1, Starter 3, Pro 10, and Agency 50.
04Which AI engines do you track?
Every plan tracks every engine we support: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Copilot. As new engines ship, they are added to all plans at no extra cost.
05Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free audit is the trial. It is not time-limited, so run it on any domain as often as you like and see the real scoring before you pay.
06What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, which covers all major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card details. For Agency we can also arrange invoicing. Ask us at hello@ztrank.com.
